First show how the autopopulation functionality works as this will need to be understood to use the Calculation tool.
Place a Calculation tool and show how to edit it and how to use the calculation expression to populate an output.
Show the available widgets that will work with the Calculation tool (any widget with a “Value” field):

Show how to set the value to be calculated
Demonstrate final product once built (the calculation tool is the only widget that will need to be demonstrated on a live version of the form. It will not function on the Style page.)
Advanced Conditional Questions:
In this webinar you will show how to use the conditional functionality beyond the basic use. This will include entire sections or even full forms.
Explain why the client will not want to place a question with alot of conditional information in a column with other questions and demonstrate by saving, publishing and creating a blank PDF of the form (all conditional questions will show on the printed version and can cause formatting issues if placed in columns)
Reassure attendees that any required information behind an answer selection will not prevent the patient from submitting the form if they have not selected the answer selection with conditional information. The patient will only be required to fill that information out if they select the answer that contains it
Show how to use conditionals within conditionals
