Start with My Forms Section and show how to edit or add new packet/form. (My Forms > Edit Form or Add a Packet)
Step 1 (Add) – Show how to:
Update tab titles
Delete tabs
Add a Scratch form and explain why the Patient Name widget is added by default and why it is required.
Add a template and show how to view the live preview and what happens if adding a template packet (all tabs will be added if there are multiple in the template packet)
Import an existing form into the packet. Explain how this can save time by building the form only once and then importing to other packets. Also explain how this can save time when making extensive edits.
For all Pro Plan and higher accounts, show we offer form conversions by our team. Show how they can upload a document to have built by our team.
Step 2 (Build):
Start with explaining the Patient name widget and why it should only be used with collecting the name of the patient or intended subject of the form. Explain that all other names should be collected with a general Text Field.
Show how to use the Column widget functionality to help format forms.
Explain the differences in the selection widgets (Single-Select Option, Dropdown, Multi-Select Option, Multi-Checkbox and Single Checkbox)
Show how conditional functionality works
Show Paragraph widget and how to update and format information within
How to move tab position within packet
How to format within a column with a Group widget
Explain Page Break widget and how it can be used to separate tabs
Step 3 (Style):
Show that the Style page is a live preview of the form and can be used to test conditional questions and to make sure everything is formatting correctly.
How to add a logo
How to change background color
Step 4 (Publish):
How to update packet title (Change packet title for display purposes)
Once they are ready to publish the packet, they will need to click the Back to Account button either at the bottom right of the screen or the one just under the list of information.
Once the packet is saved and published go back to the My Forms page and show the updated packet title, then show the live version of the form by clicking on the public link in the My Forms page.
Ask for any final questions from attendees and answer them if possible. (Show solutions in the builder if necessary)
